When you destroy the palbox make sure you pull your workers out at put them into storage or you may loose them.
And sorry yes your palbox stays at the level it was.
also beware i think the game thought it would be funny and raid me as soon as i placed the palbox down at new location, was fun either way tho!
Early in the campaign, you can only have one Palbox that counts as your base. Naturally, you'll be moving around as you explore the lands and battle more foes. In some cases, maybe you even plopped down the Palbox in the wrong spot as you were hastily trying to complete the tutorial objectives.
Now, if you do need another base of operations, just open your world map and highlight the spot that has the Palbox. Then, press and hold the "C" key to disassemble it. Doing so will let you construct a Palbox in another area. Don't worry about any creatures that you've left behind since they'll be kept inside the Palbox, raring to go out once you're in a new location.
Don't worry about the level.
For that he has to level up his first base enough and eventually it unlocks the ability to have a second base. And I think it was a level 10 base which would also require player level 14 at a minimum.
