How do you save and how do you change language?

I can't find anywhere to save and I would like to change my language to english, so it's easier to look for guides.

Game saves automatically when you exit.

Saving is done on exit. I do not know about autosaves as crash insurance, I haven't crashed yet.

Autosave when you sleep or quit to main menu. On official servers it will safe regardless of what happens to you (as you might crash, but not your active char.. he/she might get killed thou XD)
