Come on dude
I am not trying to stir anything legally, but like asking casually, even have same colors that of Pokémon, like that Pikachu looking one is Yellow.
Maybe I'm Blind as a Bat after all...
Game Freak ran out of ideas years ago.
Does this bother me? not really, it's very common for games to be "inspired" by other games. Look at this comparison between Pokemon and Dragon quest (A series whom the lead designer of Pokemon was a massive fan) https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Ec_-omLWoAAfhaF.jpg:large
My real concern is that enough designs are similar to a specific pokemon, and Japan's copyright laws are very restrictive, so there is a possibility they could get litigated by Nintendo, which would kill the game. Games like TemTem went out of their way to AVOID makes ANY designs too close to pokemon, whereas Palworld did not.
