Story mode?

Hi. Is there a 1 player 'story mode' like in Pok*mon? If not, is it planned? How long is it more or less?

There is single player but it's a lot less like Pokemon and more like survival games like Ark or Conan Exiles. There are bosses and a story of sorts but it's not a story driven game by any means.
