The people who made Palworld, have also bought the rights to use several assets/permission to use assets. It's not unusual for game company's to use assets from other games. It happens a lot. A lot of times they can just take and use them, because some just put them out there.
If they get sued, they get sued. But, I doubt they will. You can take inspiration from games, and make it your own; without copying/stealing anything. I see similarities in the game, for sure. But, they aren't quite the same.
Nintendo and TPC have known about this game for the 3 years while it was in development. Why would they SUDDENLY have issue with it AFTER it has come out? They don't see an issue with it. You've jumped on a bandwagon that you don't even fully understand (IP theft and design copying) and are just ITCHING to accuse SOMEONE of doing Bad Thing (TM) just so you can feel self-righteous.
Go play some TemTem next.
*buys second copy*
Nintendo cannot claim copywright over a concept you do realize pokemon themselves have taken designs from other games like dragon quest.
Just because one game makes a different version of an electric mouse the other game cannot claim they stole their IP.
Because you cannot COPYWRIGHT CONCEPTS pokemon can only claim copyright over their designs EXACTLY
