Change Host of a Coop World?

Hello just asking, is it possible to change the host of a coop world? I can get the save file from my friend, but how do I change the files for me to become my character in the coop world and vice versa to my friend?

to change the "main" character on the world, you need to identify the player file name & switch them, the "main" player file is the 000000000....1.sav, the others are the others player, but you have to identify yourself who is who if you play more than 2 (a tip: log with your friend host & you only, so the updated files are only yours & the host, than switch name of those file ( show the time last modified in the windows explorer, so you can see which one was used)
