Is there anyway to delete an old world without manually deleting the files?

For some reason I am having trouble deleting a world. It says to mash delete then confirm but I cannot select confirm. So it looks like the only way to delete the world is to delete it manually and due to how the folders are named I am a little worried to do that since I might delete something I am not supposed to.

Nevermind, I figured it out. You have to type in the word DELETE in all caps even though it says press.
