What it should show nintendo is that if they had allowed their games to be on PC, they would have had more sales.

Really though, Nintendo and TPC is only litigious whenever it uses direct assets or the same naming convention as Pokemon/Pocket Monsters. That's why Pokemon Uranium and Pocket Monsters Reissue bit the dust. They don't have a legal monopoly of monster capturing, that's why TemTem for example gets to exist.
I would be more concerned over their clear carbon copy of a tech upgrade tree that is ripped straight from ARK.
