Dedicated Server Setup?

Anyone find information on how to start a dedicated server? I’ve got a lot of people wanting to play together and want to get a server up today!

With this, i managed to get the Server Online and listed at Community Servers, but there is some issue with connecting to Server.
The DefaultPalWorldSettings.ini is a solid guess on how to configure, but without further Information it isnt more than using:

PalServer.exe -ServerName=... ...

[nothrottlelimits]

Hope someone figures this out, Ive been fighting to get my server working correctly, I cant seem to get that thing to show in the listings to save my ###....
