how? i'm at level 12 and it just repeatedly tells me to upgrade the level of my guild....
I believe it means base level at 10 not character level.
Base level, not personal level. You can check your Palbox for what you need to build/do to improve the level of your base. Leveling up the base gives you more Pal workslots and eventually lets you have multiple bases.
Put all your Working Pals in the Pal box. They get automatically transferred there anyway when you deconstruct the base from the map. The Pal Box persists across bases so you do not lose Pals when deconstructing bases.
