How Do You Transfer Pals to New Bases?

I'm trying to make a new base. It won't let me make two so I'm forced to make multiple trips slowly dismantling my old base and carrying the pieces to the new base. But how am I supposed to transfer pals?
I can only carry 5 at a time. The rest are in the box at my old base. But I can't build a new box without destroying the old one.

Do they stay in the box and I just get them when I rebuild it somewhere else?

If you get your first base to level 10, you can build a second.

If you remove your base using the map, anything in storage is lost I think. Once you can build 2 bases, that may change, however Im not to a second base yet.

And your pals stay in the pal box even if you destroy it (that's written when you try to destroy the box). So you just have to build another box in your new base and your pals are gonna be in it...

how? i'm at level 12 and it just repeatedly tells me to upgrade the level of my guild....

I believe it means base level at 10 not character level.

Base level, not personal level. You can check your Palbox for what you need to build/do to improve the level of your base. Leveling up the base gives you more Pal workslots and eventually lets you have multiple bases.

Put all your Working Pals in the Pal box. They get automatically transferred there anyway when you deconstruct the base from the map. The Pal Box persists across bases so you do not lose Pals when deconstructing bases.
