Exact same thing happened to me
playing with friends I created a guild then a friend did the same now we have 2 guilds... and I am the only one in mine

Hey, i found this when trying to solve the same thing. I figured it out though. If you delete the guild name and it goes back to like [noguildname] it lets you join another guild :)

I imagine you need to dismantle your palbox, but you can walk up to another player and hold F on them to join their guild. I was unable to leave my own guild through the Guild UI, but walking up to another player and doing that still worked.

It seems that the guild name of the person in guild and out of guild must match. As silly as this is. The best way to do this is going back in to your and the person who can't join guild screen and remove the name and save.

Anyone know how to leave a guild master role if no one else is in the guild? I accidentally pushed to create a guild and now I can’t join another guild.

Same problem. Never created a guild and can't leave it. The screen was initially bugged, with no guild name text nor own name. Couldn't join another guild. Relaunched and then it said Unnamed Guild. Still couldn't leave or join another.
