Does this mean I can't play or host online lobbies? How to fix this

Ran steam as admin and then pal world as admin and it works now

I hope this is of any help, but try every step below and let me know if the multiplayer works.

• Change your DNS address, then restart your router.
  
• Go to your Steam library and select Palworld. Go to properties and you should find the option to scan and repair your files. Clear the cache beforehand to make sure everything goes as planned.
  
• Run Palworld-Win64-Shipping.exe directly.
  
• Run the game again, but as administrator this time.
  
• Wait a few hours and try again since an EOS error is usually server-side. The server may be overloaded.
