How to Host your own dedicated server (windows)

I thought i could mirror what i have going on for ARK using "steamcmd" but its not working. idk it could be bc there are a lot of people trying to download. can anyone make a quick step by step. or just post the batch file information to get the server files to be downloaded.

Also keen to setup a dedicated server, running the exe doesn't open steam but opens a dump file and does nothing.

Depends. Coop (someone hosting game on own PC) is up to 4 players and is P2P, Dedicated Servers are up to 32 players.
