Stealing other players Pals / Items?

Was reading the website stuff and under the Open-World Multiplayer section it says you can engage in conflicts with other players and steal pals and items. Sounds worrying if you have your favourite or main getting robbed. Anyone know how this system will work? Like will people be able to rob any of your stuff or just things you have recently collected or whatever.

I'm sure it will be a feature you can toggle, just like how you can stop people from messing with your stuff in Animal Crossing.

Most likely it's online will be like Craftopia where you can play offline or host your world for others to be able to join.

I expect it to be just Rust, or Ark for a better comparison. pvp and pve servers.

Actually really worrying we don't 100% know how the game plays at this stage, we just have little bits here and there.
We all seen how The Day Before ended, they didn't show much info before release either

...they have a youtube channel that has been dropping MAJOR gameplay. Have you not watched them yet?

I've watched every video, They have showed gameplay. Yes.
They have not showed the gameplay loop, which is what makes or breaks a game

The bones of the game are fine, until we see it all in action together we have ZERO idea if its going to be good.
I'm optimistic about the game, But unlike many people in this forum I understand the good parts are shown and the mind numbing, broken, tedious stuff can and WILL be omitted from marketing. Expect it to be bad, be excited if it's good.
