I lost my character

I'm currently writing this after playing 24 hours as a sorcerer, however, she is completely gone. My level 30 character disappeared after the patch 10th Sep 2021. I was logged in on Google and saw that it was connected so I know for a fact that it's a game issue.

When I logged in on the same Google account, I had to make another character. Along with that I tried to find the clan I made on my sorcerer (Helm of Awe), but it was gone.

You are probably on the wrong server. My game had the wrong server selected by default when I logged in after the patch also. Im at work currently so cant actually look at what it was exactly called, but I had to actually go in and manually select the correct server under the 'my characters' tab. My toon was still there.

I was on Eu 16, I checked but alas, she wasn't there.

If you have a character on a server it will show an icon when you pick a server, if you lost it maybe you login using facebook ?

Mine too. I am in the correct server and log in after the update my character was lost.

No, there's no human mistake or something I overlooked. The character was on Eu16, Eu16 is gone now, hence my character is gone too. It was connected on my Google account, same google account I am currently using.

Mas de 200 Horas de Juego, Mi personaje Nivel 41, Tenia un poder de casi 38.000, y al salir del juego coloque "Cerrar y Guardar" Pues he perdido mi personaje, al crear la cuenta coloque mi correo electronico personal y ahora que intento colocarlo de nuevo y entrar en el mismo servidor que estaba jugando NA-34, el personaje no aparece por ninguna parte. Que lamentable no poder tener algun tipo de asistencia con este Problema.

Sorry to disappoint, they deleted entire servers with peoples characters still on them (yours and mine as well). Imagine having also purchased stuff on it with real money, now all gone. Thanks to the developer. They are focused on banning RMT accounts, yet delete entire servers due to the economy ♥♥♥♥ up on the cheats and dupes side. Meanwhile, you can restart on a different server and hope you don't get the same treatment, or drop this dumpster fire of a game for some time until they fix the cheats and dupes.

I know, it's so sad. I'm so thankful I only made it playing 24 hours. Because I actually wanna like this game... I started anew on Eu23, plan to get a clan going too. Clan name is Noble

Google linking was done by me before starting creating and new character and been playing on mobile and PC daily. The servers and characters are just gone, into the void. You can see in the server list that from server 1 to 23, there's numbers missing. Same for Asia as I've had a character there - wanted to see if the spam and cheats are there as well and to no surprise, yep.

Hey. I have the same issue here. Have you tried to fix yours? Moderators seems not to care at all. In discord channel, no one seems to answer or help me.

Hey. I have the same issue here. Have you tried to fix yours? Moderators seems not to care at all. In discord channel, no one seems to answer or help me.

The only fix at this stage is forget about it and move on. Support doesn't seem to exist for these kind of issues.
