Bug that almost broke the game for me - debris screen control

Ran into something that was almost a game-breaking bug, when I got to the debris screen control I opened the door but then fell into the pipe and drowned. When the checkpoint loaded the door was closed and couldn't be opened, no option appeared.

I tried reloading checkpoint, going to main menu, restarting the game, couldn't get the door to open.

I then happened to go to the left of the door and aim more at the hinge, where it gave me a close option, I was then able to open. It seemed as if the door was open but appeared closed and wasn't allowing me through.

This happened with the gamepass for PC version, but figured I'd post here for dev visability and in case anyone else has the issue.
