"Body Count" achievement bugged?

I was pretty sure I must have found everyone on my first playthrough, but to be sure I looked at the IGN guide and just finished the second playthrough. I found every body detailed in the guide and interacted with every body that was interactable. The trophy didn't pop at the last body however.
Either the guide is not complete, I missed an interaction or it's bugged.

If any of you already got that trophy, where's the last body or what did I miss?

It's annoying, I am having the same issue with this achievement. There are several guides out there and all say a different amount

IGN says there are 15, yet there are guides from Maka that says there are 19 that count towards it. I have found every one from both guides over 2 play throughs to be sure and it didn't unlock :/ Hoping someone out there knows what is wrong

The IGN guide seems to be updated, they show 19 bodies now. But even with those I didn't get it.

Gonna sound real dumb I know, but can you try verifying game files and then opening the game again? I think I remember someone having a similar issue and that fixed it.

If it doesn't and you're 100% sure you should have got it, can you submit a bug ticket using the "provide feedback" button at the bottom right on our website https://wearesecretmode.com/

Try finding the bodies again, just in case. It may have worked and just needs to be retriggered

I'd guess it tracks over multiple playthroughs, all other trophies pretty much do from what I could gather. I know I did some (like Finlay Destination) over multiple playthroughs.

Ok just done a 3rd playthrough and found all 19 bodies all over again and made sure to stay around for a few seconds per one and still nothing :/

I found a corpse that was missing. After Finley's death, there will be 1 more person lying on the right side. The achievement works!

Thank you for the suggestion, but I found this corpse in both playthroughs, so it seems my problem lies elsewhere.

That's what did it for me as well! I was wondering after finishing the game why we never saw the fate of that particular monster. Mystery solved!
