Consistent Crashing Unreal Engine Fatal Error

No idea what's causing the issue (Edit: seems to be tied to higher refresh rates). Fatal error crash every 2 - 5 minutes. I'm on AMD CPU and GPU (7900xtx). I've tried different AA methods (FSR, Intel, UE), different resolutions and display modes. Not sure what the issue is but it doesn't seem scene/level specific. Been grinding through this play through. I tried downgrading my display driver from latest back a couple minor versions. Please help - love this game.

Really sorry to hear you're having these issues! Can you try the following for me?

- Return back to the most recent graphics drivers
- Run the game as Admin
- Verify Steam Files
- Turn off Vsync (some users report that solves the issue)

That unfortunately didn't work. Are there any logs or upstream error reporting service that may help narrow things?

UE4/5 games keep their crash/logs in %LOCALAPPDATA%\<ProjectName>\Saved\Crashes

Hopefully the devs were forsighted enough to enable logging in Shipping build config so you should also find logs in %LOCALAPPDATA%\<ProjectName>\Saved\Logs

Whichever <ProjectName> this one has.

Some devs do like to unnecessarily suffer and make lives of their CM/CS staff an absolute misery

Hope the dev can decrypt the dump and help you eventually

So it seems to be tied to my refresh rate. Crashes were happening when I had 120hz set in Windows display settings. Dropped it to 60hz and didn't experience any crashing over the course of an hour play through
