Save bricked after shutdown crash

I just finished the pontoons and rode the cage lift up. The game crashed upon loading the next area, forcing the computer to reset. After restarting the game it took me back through the original settings like I'd never played before. On the title screen I selected "Resume Game" and it took me to the start of the game. Womp Womp. I'm not terribly interested in going back through all of that to get to the last hour or so of the game.

Ryzen 5 3600 w/ 16GB, RX 5700XT 8GB, M.2 SSD, Windows 10, playing on medium graphics settings. The game played fine right up until it crashed.

Hi, I'm getting similar issues and thought I'd share my specs incase it helps.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900k
GPU: ASRock Taichi X OC+ Radeon RX 5700 XT 8 GB (Drivers up to date as of 10th July 2024)
Motherboard: MPG X570 Gaming Plus
RAM: 4 x 16gb Corsair VENGEANCE LPX DDR4 RAM CMK32GX4M2E3200C16

Game is installed on C Drive: Samsung SSD Evo Plus 500GB (\~40% free space)

PSU: Corsair RM750i (when plugging in all my specs into PC part picker it says that my system should only pull around 513 watts)
