What is the best DLSS graphics setting?

This is based on 4K video quality and 60 frames or more.
The video quality must be good for uploading to YouTube.
Assuming you have DLSS turned on,

1.
Is it better to set SR mode to 'DLAA' than to set it to 'DLSS quality'?

2.
Is there any side effect that result in some decrease in video quality when FG mode is turned on? The quality gets better if you turn off fg mode, right?

1) DLAA is Deep Learning Anti Aliasing, so there is no upscaling and gives better results than native, downside is that you need a powerful GPU.

2) FG can lead to artifacting and I don't really see is necessary unless you have a lower end 40 series.
