Report a translation problem
Can you try disabling/enabling things like FSR3 and HDR and see if that fixes it? Can you also see if your graphics drivers are up to date?

So i messed with some settings and somehow managed to get past my previous problem but then i kept getting stuck in a black screen after the chopper crashes. My since work around that is working was changing my upscaling to XeSS.
Previous setting with previous issue.
Upscaling; AMD FSR 3
fsr quality; quality
fsr frame gen; on
all other graphic settings on high
Fix for previous issue.
Upscaling; AMD FSR 3
fsr quality; balanced
fsr frame gen; off
all other graphic settings on MEDIUM
Black screen Fix
Upscaling; Intel XeSS
quality; Balanced
vsync ; on
all other settings high
all other graphic settings on high

Updated my graphic driver, turned vsync on and changed to intel xess.
