If you enjoyed this then Fort Solis is worth playing next (when on sale)
Fort Solis got overlooked when it launched but its in a very similar vein to this.
Really good visuals. Really strong atmosphere and you basically walk through an incredibly creepy and immersive story.

Personally i love these sorts of games. I don't only play these sorts of games but i'm grateful that teams of people put a lot of effort into making such incredibly immersive experiences.

The regular pricing is ludicrous but i picked it up on sale a while back and really enjoyed the game (it also has several different outcomes depending on decisions made in game)

Just started it(few episodes in now). Definitely a watch if people found this game interesting.

It is and its a fantastic one at that.
The whole walking sim genre is incredibly IF that is what you are into.

They are hugely immersive interactive narrative experiences.

Yeah pressing W is immersive perfection. I get it, best game genre ever.

"Interactive" ROFL yeah, damn these movies that just play and have dailog, action, mystery, drama .... production value and do not require you to actually constantly press a button to play. Who dares to like those, cool kids "play" their boring movies walking in 1st person pressing W. AMIRIGHT?
Is it 'cool' to continually complain about stuff you don't like rather than just ignoring it using the filters Steam provides?

Not sure what filters you talk about, the game has not been tagged by the community with walking symulator. I found out about it elsewhere anyway. But I tagged it with Walking Sym myself now. I am not aware how I can filter out any games with that tag now on Steam. Would be great if I can but my guess is I can't and you talk about something else.

Steams block button is a wonderful thing.
Just incase others aren't aware - anytime someone like that with an agenda comes and tries to start arguments you just click the top right button on their message and choose block.

From that moment onwards they are absolutely and utterly invisible to you across the entirety of steam.

I use it quite enthusiastically and within a month Steam has become a much better place because what you realise is that it's a pretty small group of people who are on here trying to make steam a miserable place while others just want to talk about their enjoyment of games.

Use it. Don't even engage with people like the one you are replying to. It's all they want. They are miserable in their lives and try to drag others down with them.

Block and your Steam experience will improve exponentially.

It is tagged as 'Walking Simulator' though since even before it came out. Therefore it has been tagged as such by the page owner.

I thought it was more along the lines of how Soma played.

One of my all time favourite games and one that has yet to be rivalled imo.
I agree this felt similar but still didn't come close to how Soma blew my mind with the questions it made you start to ask yourself about what it means to be concious.
Exactly how I felt at the end as well. Not going to spoil it for anyone, but the ending of SOMA keeps you thinking after the game ends. Nice to see SOMA get kudos.

The show is more focused on mystery than this so I guess its not really comparable besides both taking place on a rig.

It's definitely no where near as good as this but i still enjoyed it and its pretty short.

Has nothing to do with Fort Solis, that's not even a game, more like a Tech Demo or a demo of an asset pack from the Epic store.

I agree with someone above, you are insulting this game by comparing to Crap Solis
