Ps5... convergence 100% all areas, no trophy

Globetrotter trophy for all flux fungi hasn't popped. All flux fungi on map checked off. Either another bugged trophy or it's the pink box weapon chest collectible in stilted plateau but if that's where it should be then it looks like the fungi hasn't been placed on the map as there's nothing in that region other than a mirror tower

So I have a game breaking bug. To make it short. I did elevator scene where you get knocked out and learn first ability from boji. I went back the way I came instead of proceeding forward and saw a cutscene at a mural where boji leaves. I think I was supposed to see the mural first and then do the elevator thing because he’s literally gone for good. I can’t get him back.

Sometimes, the Teleportation Portals (The ones you have to press 2 to teleport between them), you can't target them at all. It is just annoying and ruining the whole game for me.

Another achievement that isn't unlocking - "Sponsor" (Skill Boji up to 100%).

I have completed 3 areas on 100% and didn't get achievement for any of them either.

-when you kill enemy near the wall the loot drop in the wall and you can't pick it.
-spear attacks sometimes go through the enemy without damaging them.
-when you reach 100% mastery for hammer you can't unlock its level because it show as a none mastery weapon.

Have all fungi but no achievement
100% in three areas(unless the books are required) and no achievement

The Heart of the Mountain arcane weapon does not scale to 100% mastery in the skill tree, in the inventory it tells me that it is at 100% and I cannot get the 100% skill tree achievement

-While having the life stealer rune equipped, there are often times where finishing an enemy with a finisher won't trigger the rune's effect.
-When finishing an enemy with a finisher, the critical blessing will still apply each hit as a chance to become critical. This is especially apparent when using spear-type finishers

-While in combat, attacks from enemies will occasionally not connect and pass right through, even when parrying.

-While fighting the Manninite General, his line of lava attack will have a rock appear behind you
-when you parry his blue attacks, he becomes untouchable for a few seconds and you can't get closer to him

make sure for the 100% you are also finding all the books, in the areas.

Have 100% plus all books still no achievement. A weapon chest is displayed in an area that does not exist. Games on PS5

1) Chieftain's Greatmace as being 100% mastered, but skill tree doesn't, tried reloading saves but problem persists

2) Not activated (Acrean Legacies) in the location (Everforest the shadows)
The drawing itself was activated but the menu shows its absence

3) Another achievement that isn't unlocking - "Sponsor" (Skill Boji up to 100%).
Passed to the finals by pumping the characteristics of a partner by 100%, but the achievement is not protected
