Location of both notes in Everforest Water's Split area?

Can anyone help with this? There are supposedly two notes, but I've scoured the area for a couple hours and it says I only found one. (Although I did read one note that didn't add to my total, and considering how buggy this game is, I'm worried I might be locked out from 100%.)

This is the last collectible I need in the game. Playing on PS5, btw. Thanks in advance.
