I said both options can be done... I was merely stating that non steam versions would be locked out of certain mods unless those were ported as well...
Then again some mods might get successors.

well lets be honest if we had steam workshop no one would outsource mods . because steam workshop makes moding really easi to people that dont know how to install mods , and its really fast . you lyterali just have to push 1 buton
