Cosmos Set Fire resistance does not work properly

I have the Helm and Legwear on, but I am not immune to lava butterfly fire attacks or Malugaz ground fire. Currently, the fire resistance only works on lava ground. Is the set bonus worded wrong?

Burning is the status effect that lets you take damage over time. Its nothing else.

Those attacks you mentioned are Base damage-dealing + Burn Damage over time. The set will protect you from the Burn over time but not the initial damage.

Thank you, in that case the German translation is incorrect. In German it says "immun gegen Feuerschaden" (Fire damage) but correctly it should be "immun gegen Brennen/Brandschaden" (Burn/Burndamage).
