However, I imagine doing this would either require an autoclicker (so what's the point in saying you got the achievement for it if you didn't earn it?) or slowly losing your mind punching walls and slowly breaking them. XD
I don't know your reason for asking, and I'm not trying to judge you at all, but you can level your mining to 100 just fine by playing the game as intended. I believe I got to 100 just by exploring as normal (around when the Sunken Sea update was released was when I got mine to 100, but I'd been playing since the demo and had about 200-300ish hours by then).

You've found all the new setpieces? You've got a stack or two of all currently available wall materials for future building/decorating? You've finished clearing areas of any obstructions for your base and resource harvesting needs?
Plenty of excuses to keep chipping away at the 100 while remaining productive.
