A WAY TO SELL ITEMS?
Is there a way in the game to sell items to make money from it like stardew valley or not?

Yep! You'll unlock NPCs as you progress.

Yeah, there are ways, but ... it's not like SDV. SDV is all about producing stuff to sell (one way or another). Core Keeper is about surviving, and building up your gear and skills and exploring.

There are things you'll probably want to sell, and there are some things you'll probably want to buy, but it's much less of a focus than selling stuff is is SDV.

If you want to get started on that, the kill the Slime boss. And after you kill the Slime boss, build a 10x10 (or so) room with a torch, a bed, and the jar of beard wax. And ... wait and see who shows up
