Gear Keybind?

Can anyone help me please? Is a way to keybind the gear sets?

I keep dying whilst mining when I come across a mob. It's impossible (at least for me) to change into my fighting gear quickly enough, and then it's a very long run back. So frustrated! Didn't get any results on the discussions here by searching for gear keybind, so I'm guessing I've just failed to spot how to do this. I have looked down the list of controls, but maybe it is listed as an unfamiliar term.

It doesn't seem there is a keybind. I was going to make a post about this today, now I don't need to.
At the moment I've resolved to just keep items in my hotbar that will give me time to swap manually, like wall blocks.

Hopefully a future update will add gear swapping keybinds to the list!

Would definitely use a gear change keybind.
