RGB Changes when playing
I've done my best to look for a solution to this but every time I load Core Keeper, my entire RGB set up from the ICUE Corsair software shifts to the in-game zone. This is a cool idea in concept but a little jarring when the keyboard isn't lit up and I need to see in the dark. I think it's fine if this stays but an option to turn it off would be helpful.

Correct, the game has corsair iCUE integration. You can turn this off from the ICUE app if you dont want it to happen ( Settings>Software and Games then either block it or toggle 'Game Integrations' )

Shouldn't you be asking Corsair how to turn this off? i don't see how core keeper or any game is responsible for that..

Try turning off game/software integrations in iCUE settings, or block the game in blocked clients, found in the same place. I know Terraria and Diablo 3 have iCUE and other RGB integrations. I don't own this game (yet), still on the fence. I bet some sort of SDK integration is what causes it.

I'm not running the app, though. The profile is loaded onto the keyboard and the app is shutdown during operation.
So ONLY with Core Keeper I have to start the ICU thing and now somehow figure out how to turn off all the wibbly wobbly on my keyboard.
This is a bug, not a feature.

I found no setting to disable this. Is there a mod or a launch option switch to get rid of it?

not sure if it helps on windows 11 under settings-peronalisation there may is an option called "dynamic lighting" or something like that make sure everything in there for every device in there is turned off.

Thanks but I found no such thing on Win10.
I fixed the problem, though. I uninstalled Core Keeper.
New fix, if anyone still has a issue with ICUE. Settings>SDK> Uncheck Game SDK. This should disable game interference with your colors.
