Goto C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\LocalLow\Pugstorm\Core Keeper\Steam\129024471...
In there are 2 folders you're looking for one is called 'Saves' that contains #.json and #.json.pugbackup files of character data, the other is 'Worlds' that contains #.world.gzip and #.world.gzip.pugbackup files of the actual worlds.
Make a backup of the whole folder 1st just in case, then delete the character or world file you want to roll back and remove the '.pugbackup' from the corresponding backup file.
Cross your fingers and hope for the best.
