The RIft Lens is broken

Accidentally teleporting into calcified deposits and breakable crates will often glitch out the rift lens teleport and return the player to the location they teleported from. This isn't a big deal unless you're in combat, but getting killed in an Urschleim fight because of it is bs. Having enemy spawns on in a fight when Im basically a glass cannon is one thing, but I should not be dying to my own accessory.
