cicada from the hole glitch

this was my second time leaving a hardened sap by the giant cicada hole, i wanted to test if we could still attract the fella and maybe get another pet egg, and once the fella showed up it just straight went north, and then noooorrrttthhhh all the way, clearing through walls and any placed objects in it's path. I am still following its path north through our map... is this a glitch?

Sounds like it's script got locked, or it's "move to" has an invalid cordinate way off map.

IF you opt in on your world settings (the ... to the right of the world next to the delete menue) you can turn on the holes and bugs, as well as the new boss.

If you place the sap near the hole, you get a new mini boss, with drops.

Updated the game... ...and there was a hole. Tried leaving hardened sap near it... ...Yeah, it went in the hole.
