What stuff is there to find?

The world is massive, there's apparently two side boss. There's a giant mushroom I found once, are there other mushrooms or just one per huge world? Are there other food or secret items hidden?

What's something you have found? There's not a wiki or anything yet and it has been hell trying to keep track of everything.

Boss items you've found?

I found my four main bosses really fast, and have almost built the last few items end game items. What is hidden around the world?

there is a wiki not great and it doesn't have everything in game yet but it does a decent job

there is 2 main hidden items in the world then there a ton of other items/drops from enemy which are pretty special

the first special one is the special sword to get this you can buy a blueprint from a merchant then you need to find the special resources to actually craft the sword these item can be find in multiple places you just haft to explore

the second special one is the ancient pickaxe this will allow you destroy every single block in the game with 1 tap to find it you need to find a specific ruin structures with the locked door in azoe's wilderness then there should be a hot tub like thing in the middle with a tree somewhere behind the tree there a hidden item which will be the pickaxe also to open the doors you just need to have a tulip in your hand and it will open

apart from all that there a crap ton of special armours and ring as well as other max health increasing items like amber larva which gives you 50+ health iv also found multiple big mushrooms

there also golden crops which are very rare but there is skill in the gardening tree to actually increase the chance by a decent bit.

I found an Ancient Pickaxe with around 1600 mining damage in Azeos' Wilderness.

I found an amber larva in the stone biome (iron ore) +50 permanent max health
It spawns as a large chunk of orange rock in an illuminated cave

Has anyone found this before? it had a little plant sprout in the middle but my dumb arse destroyed it. Was thinking it could have been watered. It was a sprite different from anything else in the game which leads me to believe it was a unique place.

I ate them seperately but i did combine the larva with another food item and it did not change the bonus permanent max HP so i assume both effects would simply combine
