Hoping for a hot-fix ASAP if this is a known issue.
I have, but thank you for checking in and replying! Hopefully you guys can figure it out as I've had to stop playing the game for now as a result. Best of luck.
Considering I saw a few people on the official discord server bring it up, but got no reply. Nor was there any acknowledgement from the Dev team about the discord concerns, I did initially decide not to post a bug report via web form.
I did however add a bug report via the web form after the most recent patch (v 0.4.2-d097). I had hopes that they were aware of the issue and had addressed it, however seems to be ongoing, and the game is therefore going un-played for us at this point.
First we absolutely love the game. Second the customer service is an example for others to follow. We'll done.
Enjoy
Thank you so much for sharing this info with us. This is really helpful, though I can't currently say for certain what could be causing this problem when you're all playing multiplayer on the same network. Especially since everyone else on that network seems to be able to but you don't.
As you may have seen from our recent Steam post, the dev team is currently out of office on vacation, so it may be a little while before I can escalate this to them. With that in mind, I'm going to suggest something really basic and see if that helps (if you haven't done this already). My suggestion is to uninstall and re-install the game.
You may want to make a backup of your save data first, and you can do this by navigating to the following location, copying the data here, and saving it elsewhere on your PC - just in case:
C:\Users\<YOUR USERNAME>\AppData\LocalLow\Pugstorm\Core Keeper\Steam\<YOUR STEAM ID>
I'm sorry I can't offer you any more advice/assistance at this interval, but please be assured this is something that the team is now aware of and we will be working towards getting a workaround/fix for it.
