Where to find Shutdown Protocol, Anomaly Report and Overwrite Transcript?

These 3 items are needed for the empty crystal. I don't know what will it do, probably another weapon like the runesong.

Has anybody found the ingredients for the crystal?

- Anomaly Report,
- Overwrite Transcript

I found Shutdown/Anomaly, they're in Scholar "cities" and are in things that look like the core

Nice, I cleared 4-5 cities but haven't found any yet, I'll try to get it :D
