Fishing perk "well trained aim" seems to not work.
That perk and a similar set bonus seemingly do not work.

I max out the perk and had over 300 fishing and I don't see a damage increased with several ranged and magic weapons.
The damage does seem to be reflected in the stat screen, but not in practice.
Yes I was accounting for damage variance,
