couldnt find it anywhere on wiki.
does Stormbringer benefit from meele attack speed bonuses or is its attack speed static

it is a melee weapon, and will fully benefit from anything that will increase melee damage and attack-speed, the only thing u cant do with it, is boost on the repair station since it does not have durability, u cannot boost it that way, anythign else that effects melee will effect the stormbringer.
my personal advice would be to not obt for the miner-set because its bad, if u have access to it use the ninja set, and the ring and amulet that is boosting mining damage and only obtaibale by the mining perk that allows u to get valuebles while mining any wall. while the ninja set might not be the most damage, it is by far the best damage/defence balnced gear.

Try Stormbringer with Ivy harness/pants, Atlantean Worm Helm, Ancient Gem necklace/ring, Spine Ring, Omoroths Beak, Orb Lantern, Morphas Bubble bag. Bosses literally just melt....the dps on this thing is absolutely insane!
