Crafting from Chests need a larger Radius

As the title says. Chest seem to only apply to adjacent crafting spots. Which basically limits it to 8. It would be nice if that radius was at least two tiles wide.

You don't really need that. Use Large Chests. I mean, I understand that for people that want some specific chests because they look cool (like prince/Kin/Queen) they are limited by the size of a small chest.

After blowing up the worm I am using it's chest. Which has more real estate.

There are mods that do this, but yea it would be nice to have a way to link chests that are further away.

We use that mod and it's nice but I would honestly rather this just be something that the core game had. Crafting survival games just should have this by default. There's numerous ways they could implement it...they could make a range or my preferred method would be using similar logic to the wiring where chests placed on connected flooring would just be seen by the crafting benches. The second method would cut down on tile scans needed by the code and allow for people to just build how they want.
