Platform-agnostic Multiplayer?
Does the game feature platform-agnostic multiplayer? I was planning to buy the game on GOG but only if we can play together with my friends who chose to remain on Steam.

Terraria has a platform-agnostic multiplayer system as well as the possibility to host a dedicated server and I think it contributed a lot to its success. :terraria:

Congratulations for the 1.0 release by the way! Seems like it was a great success :happyotus:

Well, from my own research, the GOG version doesn't allow multiplayer without the Galaxy client so it's not actually DRM-free to begin with nor possible to play with Steam players from what I see. A shame.

Hope I'm wrong because there's a lot of conflicting information out there and most places seem to have outdated FAQs, even here.
