Hive Mother not dropping heart

I killed the Hive Mother Boss in my game thrice, I don't know if it is just a bug but only the chest would drop. There is no Heart of the hivemother which is a required item to unlock the glurch statue.

At first, I thought it was because I used bombs and the larva suit to kill it. Then by the third time, I used the armor and weapon that it dropped to kill it. Still no item to progress the game.

I dont know what else to do.

They changed the first three needed boss. Hivemother is no longer needed.
It is the slime , the thing moving in circle around the map and the dark druide , cant remember his name. You need 3 cristalpieces to combien them and summon him in his throneroom.
