Question to people using mods

Hi, I have a question about mods. I was checking them few days ago and it seemed like people were reporting that mods dosen't work rn

Are there any mods that are working and it's nice QoL to have? I personally hate gardening since you have to replant everything all over again

Personally I use health bars for enemies, map radius, and auto-fishing. Also auto-doors when that one isn't broken.
