Weird item duplication found

So my goal was to set up a bunch of dynamite packs (10) to try to kill the worm boss, because it's been so long I forgot how to take care of him off the top of my head.

Haven't messed with the electronics too much, though I needed a switch, some wire, and dynamite packs, set them up 2x5 for him to run over and try to detonate. once he passed over them, he "destroyed them" but I went to pick them up and now I have over 2000 dynamite packs.

yep same, i got 9999 dynamite, and sold them for unlimited coins
