forcing people to play something they don't want is not good design
From what I've seen, why play magic when ranger is better at everything magic is trying to do?
Let's give ranger forced ammunition, it makes sense right? you have to "load" arrows.
The mana on crit talent should be removed, all magical weapons should have their attack speed at least halved and damage increased a bit to compensate.
Magical attacks should be slow, powerful and costly not ranged attacks 2.0 that get suddenly out of control if you maxed 3 different skills...
also the game is evolved around leveling up. higher lvl = better mana reload capacity dmg or what ever?!
so most of the thing that are annoying in the first place will fade away by leveling up :D
