Core Keeper for mac?
I just wanted to ask if there are any plans anyone is aware of for Core Keeper being available on macOS. Just a thought since it's on consoles now, they might be expanding more? Hopefully?

+1 for Mac version

I am currently playing it on GeForce Now, but mods don't seem to be working properly since they get deleted with every restart.
+1 please
Or could you at least {try} to fix the bugs that exist for Mac's
For example with the use of CrossOver (or other wine versions) and/ or fix VM's through Parallels Desktop?

[1] On CrossOver: Black screen - then exits
[Status: UNPLAYABLE]

[2] On CrossOver: -IF- it does load - it will delete your save files (I'm pretty sure this is the bug that deletes mod's - as c0nfuzed sugests above)
[Status: UNPLAYABLE]

[3] On Parallels Desktop (Win 11 ARM): Steam runs, it boots, it plays - BUT: Sometimes objects are 100% invisible (torches show light, but the torch is gone - enemies / chest all the same issue)
[Status: UNPLAYABLE]

[4] If you are lucky with Parallels: It does run, object do show - BUT: It is SO DARK it has
[Status: UNPLAYABLE]

THANK YOU, in advance
+1 for Mac! I actually bought the game a long time ago but can't exactly play it until I get my own PC...
I'd just like to point out there already is a thread for this: https://steamcommunity.com/app/1621690/discussions/0/3195864334796281130/
Why not try running a Virtual Machine with Windows 10 or dual boot with Windows 10?
Seems like there are many guides to accomplish that with some basic effort.
12InchParadise, that's a good idea > IF it would be possible.
* Please read my earlier comment about how that is (not) working out for us

Modern Macs use M1 and M2 chips.

You CAN run the Whiskey App, (as long as you're using the 14.0 or later OS) but that's not going to be able to manage everything. It'll probably manage Core Keeper, but that's just a guess and it's hardly a universal solution.

Dual booting requires an Intel chip. Apple has stopped using those, and the Macs that still have them are gradually aging into obsolescence.

Sadly, the M1 and M2 chips aren't eligible, apparently related to some sort of exclusivity deal between Qualcomm and Microsoft. I'm not clear on the details.

Bottom line: Yes, there are some workarounds, but having something that runs Native is more desirable.
