Is any way to change UI scale ?

Playing at 2k resolution and UI is way too big, Want to keep the hover over item description on but when it is and hover over anything blocks like half my inv. Went looking around in game files but nothing i could find, even checked the mods never used them but willing to try anything and nothing for ui for mods i found.

Yeah, and a skill/hotbar lock function would be great. Sometimes when you try to shoot at something that is located near the skill bar, you end up clicking on a different slot, lol.
