Octarine Bag or Morpha's Bubble Bag?

Which bag is better? I have been using the octarine bag for a long time. But while making a mining armor set. I now noticed this bag. Is losing 13 armor with the 12% mining damage and 4.7% movement speed? Not good with numbers. I don't know if 13 armor is a lot of armor to lose.

If you click the long arrow bar next to your equipped rings (in your inventory page), you can see how much armor you currently have and how armor affects you in the game. :)

The question to ask yourself is:

Do you find yourself taking a large chunk of damage from smaller enemies and needing the extra armor, or do you struggle more with mining walls and feeling like you move too slowly?

A level 18 Octarine bag gives +19 armor and +5 blue glow, by the way. :)
