game version mismatch

trying to play with my wife and friends.
not a dedicated server
everyone is on 0.7.1.0-4ab5
we all have verified files a couple times and restarted pcs
we have tried cycling whos the host
no one can connect
this is with 4 players

It seems you and someone else are having similar issues getting on co-op, but it works for me and my friends just fine joining via game code, well, minus some lag issues. Not exactly an expert on these things, but you could try searching it up pretty easily since it seems other people are having the same issue. Not finding any videos on the topic, but I'm seeing a ton of results for similar conversations within Steam, Reddit, and various other sites.

I usually just run a dedicated server with the tool and havent had an issue.
You might have better luck if you head to the core keeper discord for this though, I think the devs are mainly over there
