My Soul Seeker disappeared !!?

After updated today, I go to find Meadow Biome at Azeos' Wilderness. 1st time disappeared I think i miss deleted it in inventory then i go to craft new Soul Seeker. 2nd time i found that it disappeared during i digging wall !! Anyone has this problem like me ? or who can explain me about this hahaaaaa

I thought it was just me. I was also digging in Azeos' Wilderness. Just completely disappeared. I thought I had accidentally trashed it until I save edited a new one into my file and realized that the game actually stops you from trashing the highest tier of items. Definitely a bug.

think this is something that happens after the new update? after reading this im less into using the pickaxe because I only just got it

Seems to be a bug connected to using shift to place torches. Devs are aware and looking into it

Use other pickaxe for safe hahaa
