Levelling gardening question.
If I use say a sledge hammer to harvest my plants so I can harvest more than one at a time, do I still get the same amount of gardening experience as if I harvest them one by one?

good question, I'm not sure about that I would imagine so. you gain gardening experience by hitting them with a pickaxe? if so I'd say there is no difference in what tool you use if you craft the scarlet hoe it has a ground coverage of 5x5
